To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Jazaad Products purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their returns and refunds policies.
If you purchased a Product through our webstore, we offer the option for a replacement or full refund within 120 days of purchase if you are not fully satisfied with your product.
To initiate a return for a Jazaad Product purchased through our webstore, please email our customer service team. Products be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the pre-paid shipping label.
